HQ Staff
Head Quarters is always in need of organized people to keep the volunteers, the break room and all that under control. Do you have what it takes? Contact the Novato Chamber!
Ticket Booth
If fast-pace is your game then Ticket Booths are your thing! Keep the festival moving and organized at these fast-paced locations!
Distribution
Distribution ensures that there are supplies in every one of the designated booths. They are an elite machine that works together!

Slinging beer can be tons of fun with your buddies! Quench the thirst of festival goers and enjoy the fun of being a barback!

VOLUNTEER HEADQUARTERS
All volunteers can check in at 1107 Grant Avenue (the old Pini Hardware Building) please note that volunteers may NOT park there.
Volunteers should check in at HQ for their shift at the designated times and to receive your volunteer lanyard and passes. Volunteers can also use HQ to rest, rehydrate, and/or sign waivers and festival alcohol pouring agreements.
VOLUNTEER SETUP INSTRUCTIONS (Sat & Sun)
Only Applies to Wine Beer and Ticket Booths
Your booth needs to be completely set-up and with volunteers present by:
9:30 am on Saturday
9:45 am on Sunday
BOOTH SET-UP/DECORATING
Chamber staff will provide ALL the necessary pieces for your booth (hand washing station, wine/beer/tickets/money etc)
You may arrive as early as 6:30 am on Saturday to decorate and "brand your booth" for your business advertisement
If you are driving on to Grant Ave in the morning, please unload your items quickly.
Please note: We do not provide any parking.

Do not stop pouring/selling until a Novato Chamber Staff representative closes your booth down
ROUGHLY
6:15-6:30 PM on Saturday
5:15-5:30 PM on Sunday
SATURDAY TEAR DOWN
You do not need to de-decorate your booth., We will have staff / security on the street all night. We suggest not leaving valuables in your booth (the Festival is not responsible for lost or stolen items)
- Return the cleanliness of the booth (pick up litter, and put containers back to the original location (Distribution Teams will help you)
- Secure anything down that may blow away due to wind

NO VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED TO DRIVE ONTO GRANT AVENUE UNTIL 6:30 PM Please clear your booth as a team and work together to de-decorate PLEASE, FOR SAFETY, DO NOT DRIVE CARS ONTO GRANT AVENUE UNTIL THAT TIME, EVEN IF OTHERS ARE DOING IT
- Remove any of your personal belongings
- Pick up any litter / trash and materials
- Wait for Distribution for final dismissalTHANK YOU!

Avoid the parking hassles and get to Downtown Novato with ease. There is mass transit that drops participants within a short walk from the Festival's Redwood Music Stage.
