There is no reason your business cannot capitalize on the crowds

Capitalize your success with well-thought-out planning. Keep menus simple, shrink large menus to 1-5 items, (include gluten-free & vegetarian options). Try to prep "meal packages" as much as possible. Increase turnover by providing takeout items. Put marketing (business cards, coupons, menus) inside take-out bags.

To help reduce your messes or backups in the bathroom it can be a good idea to post a simple sign that reads "Restroom is Reserved For Paying Customers Only". Be polite and place this sign near your entrance NOT on the bathroom door.
