Women in Business is a networking arm of the Novato Chamber designed to help foster new ideas to help businesses succeed. They approach business topics through an unconventional lens to help drive innovative connections.
WIB is structured to highlight both unique and innovative speakers as well as a host location, thus the location varies from meeting-meeting. WIB events are organized by a committee of Novato Chamber businesses.

Committee Guidelines
WIB Committee may have 6-8 members at a time. Members serve 2-year terms, and may serve 2 consecutive terms; they MUST take 1-year off before rejoining the committee. Committee CoChairs are elected by the committee for 1-year terms and may serve 2 consecutive terms. Guests may be invited. Prospective members must attend a WIB committee meeting and "interview" with the committee.

WIN is our Wednesday morning networking group and it is beastly! Boasting 25+ regular attendees each week, WIN is a great way to generate referrals and get the low-down on the Novato community! Every Wednesday 7:45 am - 8:45 am.

The Novato Chamber is lead by a board of volunteers. Contrary to the norm, the Novato Chamber is one of the most gender-diverse Chambers in the region. It was the first Chamber in the North Bay to be lead by a woman President back in 1973 - #RevolutionaryForTheDay
