Unity Center, 600 Palm Drive, Novato (near Hamilton Cafe) At the former Hamilton Air Force Base TIME: 4:00 - 7:00 PM FREE TO THE PUBLIC Sponsorship Opportunities are still AVAILABLE! This is the ideal venue for showcasing your business and networking to meet other business owners and Chamber representatives. This year's event offers the same amount of vendors as in the past, and invites new and more patrons visiting. This beautiful facility offers air conditioning, an indoor and outdoor sound system and ample parking. Exhibitor Information: Exhibitors receive: A 6' table, two chairs, table linen, hospitality hour from 3:00 - 4:00 (free food and beverage) The Showcase will be featured in two separate event rooms and in the Courtyard: The Sanctuary Room - includes pipe and drape for displaying your banner, and a PA system to hear background music and event-related announcements. Foot traffic from the South entrance and East parking lot. The Fellowship Hall - Booths are less expensive but only because they don't offer pipe and drape for displaying a vinyl banner. Banners may be displayed on your 6' exhibitor table. This room features windows that overlook the Courtyard, foot traffic flow from the West parking lot and from the food vendors. Silent auction items are also displayed and can be purchased from this area. The Courtyard - does not include pipe and drape or air-conditioning, but is an ideal spot for high foot traffic from West, East and South Parking lots. PA system can be heard playing background music and event-related announcements.
